1. How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping within the United States usually takes 3 to 15 business days from order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or weather conditions. You will receive a tracking number by email to monitor your shipment.

2. What are the shipping costs?

Standard shipping is free on all orders unless otherwise specified. For returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.

3. Can I return a product?

Yes, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging

  • You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Opened hygiene products (such as cosmetics), digital items, custom orders, or final-sale items are not eligible for returns.

If the product is defective or damaged, contact marketplace@seekneitor.com within 7 days of delivery with photos or video of the issue.

4. How do refunds work?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email if your refund has been approved.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping costs are not refundable, unless the product is defective or sent incorrectly.

5. Can I exchange a product?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact marketplace@seekneitor.com before returning the product to arrange the exchange.

6. Do electronic products have a warranty?

Electronic gadgets and accessories come with a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

7. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods displayed in the store. Payments are securely processed via Shopify Payments or other authorized providers.

8. How is my personal information protected?

Your data is handled securely and only shared with trusted partners needed to process orders, payments, and shipments. We do not sell your information to third parties. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

9. Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, available in denominations of $10, $25, $50, $100, and $150 USD, valid for 12 months. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Specific conditions apply for promotional or complimentary gift cards.
