How long does shipping take?

All our products are shipped from trusted U.S. suppliers. Standard shipping within the United States usually takes 2–4 business days from order confirmation. Delivery times may be longer (8–15 days) for high-demand items temporarily out of stock in the U.S., or due to carrier delays or weather conditions. You will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your shipment.

 

Are there any shipping, customs, or tax fees?

No, shipping is completely free, and there are no customs or import fees for U.S. customers. In some states, Shopify may automatically charge sales tax; this tax is calculated and added at checkout. You’ll see the exact amount before completing your purchase.

 

Can I return a product?

Yes, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as:

• The item hasn’t been used and is in its original packaging.
• You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Opened hygiene products (like cosmetics), digital items, custom orders, or final sale items are not eligible for returns.

If the product is defective or damaged, contact marketplace@seekneitor.com within 7 days of delivery and include photos or videos of the issue.

 

How do refunds work?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email if your refund is approved. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the product is defective or sent incorrectly.

 

Can I exchange a product?

We only replace defective or damaged items. Contact marketplace@seekneitor.com before returning the product to arrange an exchange.

 

Do electronics have a warranty?

Electronic devices and accessories come with a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
